There are two possible delivery methods, to be selected by the Customer:

1. Free of charge personal collection of ordered goods at Microdis Electronics Sp. z o.o. office, ul. Strzelinska 17, 55-010 Zerniki Wroclawskie, Poland.

Microdis Electronics will send confirmation that goods are ready, Customer will pick up the goods within 14 days, during the Store Working Hours:

Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm (CEST), excluding public holidays in Poland.

2. Shipment using air service (i.e. UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx).

The cost of delivery will be paid by the Customer, and depends on shipment destination:

a. Poland: 20 PLN net

b. European Union* (excl. PL): 18 Eur net

c. other countries in Europe: 25 Eur net

d. other countries: 30 Eur net

The Vendor does not take any responsibility for any customs or tax charges obligatory in the delivery target country indicated by the Customer.

Due to the current situation in Ukraine, Seiko Epson decided not to support Epson Timing business with end customers in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine for the time being. We do not ship Epson Timing products to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. Our customers are also not allowed to re- export Epson products to customers in Russia, Belarus or Ukraine.
